Real Estate - The realtor uses a video on the internet

I am of course on top of this internet thing. Since I am the creator of this blog, as well as ten others blogs in the area, I want to know what is going on in each town I represent. I have Google Alerts set for each town. Well today, I got an alert about this video that was done by Randy Myer of Prudential, Fox & Roach Realtors in Haverford, Pa.

your video was great! You did a great job. Every realtor should check out this video. The way the video was done I think was very professional.
OK, I built her up, now the let down. Being the LOCAL expert that I am (I just pronounced myself this!) it is not the way I would have done it. Not the video, but everything else to do with the video. The location, the marketing, the web sites involved.
CASE STUDY - Real Estate Video Use
I have decided to do a Case Study of this for other real estate agents to use as a guide. By the time I’m done, Randy will either look up my address and shoot me, or she will buy me dinner! The real plus would be that she shares her commission with me. Somebody pinch me. Randy, trust me, I am not doing this to get anything from you.
Market the House for Sale
The first thing I did was to make up an article to promote that video. Within 3 minutes my article was indexed by Google, and showed up in search results: House for Sale Haverford, Pa .
